Using any web browser enabled with the Adobe Flash plugin, you can login from anywhere, as long as you have the correct secure login details. Once logged in, you can access all funcionality of the software without the need to install any proprietory software or configure any special computer priviledges.
You can upload all kinds of image, video, animation and audio files using a familiar interface. If you've used webmail, then you already know how to attach a file and upload it to your Click2Screen file library. Unlike other systems that try to cover all of the media formats at the player end, Click2Screen has a smart conversion system that converts all formats to a common format. This means that if you upload an unknown video or image format, you'll be told at the point of upload, rather than the player software crashing. Media files are automatically categorised into folders for neat file management.
There are a variety of easily cusomisable widgets at your disposal to display a number of handy functions such as Date & Time, Text Ticker, Weather, Live TV input, Maps, Image feeds, Slide Shows and much more. The interface to each widget lets you change colors, sizes and fonts for easy customisation. The software takes care of the rest.
Using the files already in your file library, you can create timed playlists to drop into your layouts that will display a sequence of any combination of media. For example you could place 5 images each lasting for 3 seconds, followed by a 30 second video, followed by a 10 second Flash animation. You can create as many different playlists as you need for use in any layout or schedule.
With the super-easy drag, drop and resize layout designer you can quickly divide your screen and layer content on top of each other. For example, you could display video, a text-ticker, and some adverts side by side, and even overlay your logo over the top to create your very own TV channel!
A simple timeline / calendar view lets you schedule the playback of any number of layouts in sequence. You can have one layout or ten, each displaying at different times of the day and week, and as far in to the future as you need.
